The first step in gaining admission to PCS is to fill out an application and submit it to our office. Please download an application form, print it, and fill it out. When complete you may submit it to:

Both the application form and Parent Hand Book are in pdf format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is a free download available here.

Once you have submitted an application we will contact you to set up an interview, and if possible, a campus visit.
